If it Takes More Than a Month to Hire Someone, You've Probably Lost Your Top Pick!

I recently read an independent research survey, conducted by 3Gem from December 2017 Thru January 2018,that included 9,000 full time employees over the age of 18. The results are staggering BECAUSE THE CLOCK IS THE ENEMY!

According to the report, employees took a second-choice job offer because their preferred employer took too long to give them an answer. Meanwhile, 70% of job seekers reported that they would lose interest in a role if the hiring process – from initial application to final offer, takes too long. Only 12% of job candidates found it acceptable to wait over a month to hear back about a career opportunity.

This equates to a huge problem for hiring authorities, and the bottom line cost to a company’s recruiting costs in the United States and abroad. The Clock is Your Enemy!

I promise you, the team at Client Growth Consultants can help.

Would it be worth a short 10-minute call to evaluate our abilities to assist you in your talent acquisition efforts? You have nothing to lose and probably a “pot of gold” at the end of the rainbow to gain. Call or send me an Email, and I will personally respond immediately!

P.S. Candidates are reading into this slow walk process, that there is no urgency and begin to believe that either they are not a match or hiring managers can’t make decisions. The silence becomes deadly to the process and your top pick(s), mentally and physically move on, leaving you to start over. As always, if I can ever be of any assistance to you or your organization, please call or write and I will respond immediately! Have a tremendous week.
